We offer free UK delivery on our current Heritage Collection journals. Orders are usually delivered within 5–9 working days of purchase. Please allow extra time during busy periods, particularly October–December.
Your journal will be dispatched directly by our UK supplier. Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact [email protected] so we can look into it for you.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your journal is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected], ideally within 24 hours of delivery, so we can investigate promptly with our supplier and courier.
Please include your order number, a description of the problem and, where possible, photographs of the item and its packaging. Keep the packaging while we investigate, and contact us for instructions before returning anything.
Reporting problems promptly helps us resolve them quickly. The requested 24-hour reporting period does not limit your statutory rights.
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order before delivery or within 14 days after receiving your journal. Email [email protected] with your order number and tell us you wish to cancel. We will provide the return address and instructions.
Please send your journal back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. You are responsible for return postage when changing your mind. Please package it securely and keep proof of posting.
You may inspect your journal as you would in a shop. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functioning.
We will refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned journal or evidence that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier. If you cancel your entire order, we will also refund any standard delivery charge you paid.
